Order Processing And Fulfilment
Once you have placed your order, it will be placed in to our printing queue. Generally your order will be printed and shipped out from our partner factory in China within 4 business days. However this time frame could be extended during busier periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We offer shipping within Australia and internationally.
Shipping Methods And Timeframes
The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during the checkout process.
Please note that the estimated delivery timeframes provided are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Rates And Fees
Shipping rates are flat rate for both Australia and International orders. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email, which will have your tracking number, and can then be can be tracked.
If you cannot find your shipment notification, be sure to check Junk/Spam folders as they can sometimes be hidden there.
Please allow up to 24 hours after for tracking to be updated and visible.
