What Does It Mean?

If you receive your customised Gym Towel and the print is not up to our standards, we'll reprint and ship a replacement out to you Free of charge.

  • If your design appears blurry, distorted or misaligned due to a printing error, we’ll reprint it.

How Is The Quality Ensured?

Before your towel is packed and shipped out to you we:

  • We’ll check your image quality before printing. If the resolution is too low, we’ll contact you, or professionally touch it up at no extra cost
  • Printed on premium-quality 100% polyester for colour richness
  • Use sublimation technology for lasting results
